Morag Somerled is a young woman (possibly a teenager, perhaps with a questionable upbringing) from somewhere around Scotland (though her accent's questionable too), travelling from place to place in a heavy black parka on a quest to see the world.

Or she's a small, amusing-loooking seabird. Or - when only the right people are looking - she's something else and in between.

She's also impatient, over-aggressive and overly disdainful, and desperate to learn. She's not expected to survive her fledging - unless she gets a few hard lessons first.

RP journal for an OC based off selkie/swan/bird-maiden folklore, but with more puffins. Further information can be found here. Her default is modern-day, but her people don't move with the times and she's easily adapted to most time periods.

Note that contrary to icons, Morag's puffin form doesn't have a brightly-coloured beak and hasn't yet lost the grey tinge to her 'white' feathers. Unless otherwise noted in narration, she will be wearing her coat in human shape. No matter what context. It has a weak illusion effect that allows it to appear as roughly the local kind of coat/shawl, but it's always black, always waterproof, and can never quite hide the texture of birdskin.

The PB is Chelsea Hobbs, who the player does not own.
